Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account management, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently to engage with clients in the region.Preferred qualifications:Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.Understanding of Google Ads and online advertising.Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Finland, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.About the jobThe Engage team is a sales team designed to grow small-sized businesses in Finland with significant expansion potential. The Engage seller is a more executive role of the wider scaled sales team that specializes in delivering the most effective solutions to high potential small businesses from all verticals and business models, in each stage of their journey, in the most efficient way for the business and with a high performing sales team at scale. In this role, you will act as a front-line sellers to serve the Google. The majority of your time will be spent establishing relationships by conducting regular phone consultations and sales pitches with a large portfolio of clients. You will use your sales, problem-solving and objection handling skills to operate in a changing environment, reaching for ambitious revenue and productivity goals. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Using your commercial acumen, you will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their marketing objectives while driving incremental revenue deals through our industry leading advertising solutions.Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities.
