Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Commercial Portfolio Manager to lead product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives. This pivotal role requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, develop products, and support people management in a dynamic environment.
Core Competencies
* Product Management / Revenue Generation:
o Assist in setting business objectives and strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
o Communicate and implement agreed plans within various business areas.
o Review underperforming products, complete analysis, and develop remediation plans.
o Continuously review existing product offerings against competitors.
o Review potential new additional covers and crossing selling revenue generation opportunities.
* Client Satisfaction and Key Relationship Management:
o Maintain strong relationships with all business partners.
o Agree strategic plan with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations.
o Review strategic plan regularly and actual performance with stakeholders.
* Compliance and Operations:
o Ensure daily service levels are met/exceeded.
o Liaise with internal/external providers to approve system changes.
o Hold regular meetings with Operations & Sales team leads.
* People Management:
o Support planning for resource allocation.
o Facilitate professional development of key staff members.
