Your Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment processes, including internal hiring, onboarding, and succession planning
* Drive staff training and development, guiding internal programs
* Maintain high employee engagement levels within the hotel
* Proactively handle IR and ER issues
* Ensure compliance with HR standards, maintaining proper records and documentation
* Manage payroll via HRIS system and monitor payroll budget
Requirements
* At least 2 years in an HR role, preferably in hospitality or a customer-focused environment
* Third-level qualification preferred but not essential
* Experience in employee engagement, payroll, and cost management
* Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
* Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
