Global Citrix Team Lead
This role requires the operation, implementation, and enhancement of existing and new Citrix on-premise deployments across multiple global datacenters. The selected candidate will lead a global team responsible for support, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and participating in projects to improve service and productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced support to delivery teams on escalated issues.
* Conduct root-cause analysis for critical incidents and problems.
* Collaborate with vendors for support, updates, and planning as required.
* Take ownership of designated technologies covering Citrix environment and platforms.
* Ensure all internal documentation is up-to-date and shared centrally with the team.
Ongoing evaluation of the Citrix environment and planning for future capacity and technology changes are essential to this role. Partnership with key stakeholders at Circana is required to create Citrix solutions that meet business needs. Document preparation defining SLAs, SOW, and other business requirements in accordance with business needs is also necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge and 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex Citrix environments.
* Citrix Certified Professional is not required but helpful.
* Five years of experience working in an ITIL managed environment.
* Expertise in the entire Citrix product offering.
* Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and legacy Citrix products experience is required.
* Detailed knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and networking is required.
* Implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and senior leadership interaction.
