Role: Air Export Operative Location: North Dublin- Santry Salary: €40k - €45k Role Requirements: Manage full end to end air freight exports Prepare all necessary documentation, invoices, air waybills and customs declarations Checks post flights daily and deals effectively with all queries/discrepancies Communicate effectively with internal and overseas coworkers, customers and suppliers Ensure compliance with industry regulations and staying up to date on relevant policies Review supplier invoices Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring clients are informed throughout Candidate Requirements: 3+ years experience in Air Exports Knowledge of customs procedures Experience and knowledge of the freight forwarding sector Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and reporting skills Effective time management, planning and organisational and problem solving skills DG Certification and temperature controlled shipment experience desired EXET22 INDCAT1 Skills: air freight export clerk freight forwarder
