We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead multi-team data initiatives within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing complex data projects, particularly in P&C insurance, and will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple data streams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing stakeholder expectations.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for multi-team data deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, and business units.Ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables. Requirement & Stream ManagementTrack and manage requirements across multiple data streams.Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation. Stakeholder Engagement & ReportingReport directly to the Data Lead and provide regular status updates.Serve as the primary liaison between business, technical teams, and external stakeholders.Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively. RAID & Risk ManagementMaintain and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.Track budgets, forecast costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.Experience5 years of project management experience in insurance, with a focus on data and claims delivery.Proven experience in managing data-centric projects, preferably within data management & Data modernization projectSkillsStrong understanding of insurance claims workflows and data systems.Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Hands-on experience with toots like Jira, MS Project, Rally, or similar.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.EducationBachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred)PMP or equivalent project management certification.Insurance industry certifications (e.g., AINS, CPU) are a plus.
