About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives and elevate product positioning in the Irish and international markets. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define messaging strategies, deliver compelling product stories, and support market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to target audiences
* Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and enhancements
* Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities and competitive insights
* Create marketing collateral including website content, case studies, and sales enablement materials
* Work cross-functionally with Product teams to understand roadmap and feature priorities
* Partner with Sales to support training, tools, and campaigns that drive conversions
* Monitor product performance and optimize marketing strategies based on analytics
* Represent the product in customer conversations, webinars, and internal presentations
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles
* Strong understanding of B2B technology or SaaS industry preferred
* Excellent storytelling and content creation skills
* Proficiency with analytics tools and CRM/automation platforms
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
