Account Executive, EMEA Apps, New Business (English, German) — Dublin, Ireland. Early experience level. Responsibilities include completing work as directed and collaborating with teammates while developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.
Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
* Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
* Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
* Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
* Secure new Google Ads clients by presenting marketing solutions, and creating relevant ad campaigns that maximize their returns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
* Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
* 3 years of experience within the apps and gaming industry within sales and exceeding quota attainment.
* Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
* Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
* Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
* Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.
