Help Build a Growing Local Day Tour Brand
Celtic Vacations is best known as a leading inbound tour operator for Ireland and Scotland, serving the North American leisure market with bespoke private driver-guide and self-drive experiences.
From our Kilkenny base, we've also launched a new day tour division, showcasing the South East of Ireland. After completing our first successful season, we're now focused on growth and development of this local brand.
We're looking for a Tour Operations Executive to join our Kilkenny office and play a hands-on role in making this happen.
About the Role:
* Support the daily running of our local day tours in the South East
* Work directly with our team of guides and manage logistics around our fleet
* Liaise with local communities, suppliers, and attractions
* Handle bookings, schedules, and operational details with accuracy
* Ensure smooth delivery of tours while helping to refine and grow the brand
* Feed into the development of new products, routes, and visitor experiences
The Right Person Will Have:
* Experience in tourism, hospitality, or operational roles
* Good knowledge of the South East and a passion for local culture and heritage
* A practical, reliable, and solutions-focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* An interest in seeing a new brand grow from the ground up
