Cpl Healthcare is thrilled to partner with a leading disability support service to recruit full-time, permanent professionals who share our passion for empowering adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Our client provides person-centred support to individuals in community-based settings, promoting independence and social inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent) and at least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities. Strong understanding of adult safeguarding legislation and national social care policies is also essential.
We're looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and compassionate professionals who want to be part of something meaningful. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team to promote the well-being and quality of life of adults in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs
* Develop and implement personalized care plans
* Manage challenging behaviors and provide crisis intervention as needed
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
