Full Job Description
CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Learning & Quality HR Business Partner to join a leading healthcare provider based in Cork. This pivotal role supports the hospital's mission by delivering high-quality HR, learning, and quality assurance services that enable clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. As the Learning & Quality HR Business Partner, you will lead impactful learning and development initiatives, uphold quality standards, and contribute to broader HR activities across the hospital.
Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development: Partner with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs that align with organizational goals.
2. Quality Improvement: Develop and implement HR quality improvement initiatives across the department and hospital.
3. HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic HR partner, understanding organizational challenges and providing tailored HR solutions.
4. HR Strategy & General HR: Collaborate with the HR Director and colleagues (including external partners) to build and embed HR best practices.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years experience in HR, at a Generalist, Business Partner, or Learning Partner level.
* Level 7 Degree or higher in HR, Business, Coaching, Learning, or Management.
