Job Title: Senior Retail Coordinator
Main purpose of the role:

The ideal candidate will have/be:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail industry, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications.
* Experience balancing cash/tills and managing stock levels is highly desirable.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Main Duties:
1. Support the store management team in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
2. Participate in all training and development initiatives, including performance assessments and merchandise planning.
3. Implement planograms correctly and ensure the correct range is in place in store.
4. Gain competence with all aspects of supply procedures, including ordering, delivery, and stock control.
