Job Title: Dedicated Support Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our residential care team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily living assistance, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
* Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their daily activities, promoting independence and confidence
* Communicate effectively and empathetically with service users, building strong relationships and trust
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* CORU registration (active)
* Experience in residential care
* A full clean Irish driving licence
* High standard of English and strong communication skills
* A positive attitude, reliability, and passion for supporting others
