About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our Support Office team. As a fast-paced and high-volume role, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates across various roles. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional with at least 12 months' experience in sourcing or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, publish, and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, CV databases, social media channels, referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Conduct efficient CV screening, preliminary phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers and recruiters.

Candidate Management & Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and a positive experience.
• Manage all candidate tracking, status updates, and communication logs within the ATS system.
• Ensure high-volume candidate management is organized, timely, and consistently professional.

Compliance & Onboarding Support:
• Coordinate the full candidate compliance process, including reference gathering, Garda Vetting, overseas police clearance, occupational health checks, document collection, verification, peer review, and file transfers.
• Track and review all compliance documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding documentation to avoid delays and support smooth onboarding.

Requirements:
• Third Level Qualification in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
• 6 – 12 months experience in recruitment, sourcing, administration, or a similar fast-paced support role is preferable.
• Excellent administration skills with a strong working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and multiple priorities.
• Confident and professional communicator with strong interpersonal and phone screening skills.
• Adaptable and flexible with a positive can-do attitude.
• High levels of professionalism and integrity.
