Senior Luxury Hospitality Leader
A dynamic and experienced hospitality professional is required to lead our 5-star luxury resort in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury, guest service, and operational excellence. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is essential.
This senior leadership role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position within a high-end hotel or resort environment. The ability to provide strategic leadership and support to department heads is crucial.
Prior experience as an Assistant Manager or Director-level professional within food & beverage operations would be advantageous.
