We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to lead a highperforming food operation. This role is responsible for overall operational excellence, financial performance, team leadership, and customer experience delivery based in the North Wicklow area.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
* Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control with the assistance of a dedicated accounts lead.
* Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver high service standards.
* Drive client/customer satisfaction through menu engineering enhancing.
* Ensure toptier food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.
* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in food service, hospitality, or retail management.
* Proven leadership in a fastpaced operational environment.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
* Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organisational skills.
* Food Safety/HACCP certification desirable.
