Security Operative - Full Time

Hourly Rate: €15.41
Licence Required: Valid Static PSA Licence
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Security Operative to join our team in. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with strong situational awareness, great communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Working Hours:
You will be working on a rota basis between the shifts of 6.30am-3.30pm and 2.30pm-10.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the centre
* Monitor activity and ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and premises
* Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
* Deter theft, vandalism, and anti-social behaviour
* Assist with customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service
* Liaise with centre management and local authorities when necessary
Requirements:
* Valid Static PSA Licence (Essential)
* Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a retail or shopping centre environment
* Strong interpersonal and observational skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Flexibility and punctuality
