The role
We are recruiting a Junior Sales Coordinator on behalf of a well-established property development company in Co. Kildare. This is a busy, office‑based support role within a high‑performing sales team, ideal for someone with at least 2 years’ experience who is organised, energetic, and eager to grow their career in property.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the Sales Team, you will provide day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support across a busy residential sales programme.
Progressing sales from pre‑launch through to legal completion, including contract preparation and management
Maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries, responding in a timely and professional manner
Generating sales reports and providing insights to support team decision‑making
Supporting the planning and execution of sales launches, site visits, and client events
Collaborating with Marketing, Construction, and Finance teams to ensure smooth delivery across all developments
THE PERSON
2+ years’ experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in property or construction
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Excellent communicator in writing, on the phone, and in person
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Customer‑focused, energetic, and a natural team player
Full, clean driver’s licence and own transport required
