Riverbank Community Childcare and School Aged Childcare situated in Emyvale Village Co. Monaghan are recruiting a Full Time Quality Lead Person. This position will provide opportunities for networking, further career progression while also allowing the time to build quality relationships with children from the age of 1 year.
The Quality Lead Person will:
* be appropriately trained, with up-to-date skills and qualifications of Level 7 or above in Early Years
* be committed to embedding inclusive practice which values diversity and celebrates differences in children
* be keen to share best practice with other educators
* recognise the value of continuous quality improvement and how it impacts on children's wellbeing and achievement
* be open to change and see value in supporting educators to voice and trial their own ideas
