Construction Project Supervisor Job
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee the execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.
* Lead a team of contractors and ensure that they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards;
* Monitor project progress and identify potential issues early on;
* Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects and engineers;
* Maintain accurate records of project milestones and deliverables;
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination and execution;
* Safety and Quality: Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards;
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of contractors and manage their performance and development;
* Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects and engineers;
Requirements:
* Degree qualified or exceptionally strong trades' background;
* Minimum 10 years' experience in the Construction Sector;
* Experience in E&I roles on active construction projects;
* Experience in GMP industry;
