Job Title: Healthcare Advisor
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Advisor to join our pharmacy team in Northgate New Ross, Co Wexford. This is a part-time specified purpose contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies and ethos at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the highest standard of customer service and adhere to company policies and ethos at all times.
* Demonstrate excellent product knowledge in relation to store products (OTC, supplements, skincare, etc.) to maximise sales.
* Ensure that the pharmacy is properly merchandised and kept clean and tidy, with stock levels maintained correctly.
* Cash handling and stock rotation.
* Professionally and discreetly handle any customer concerns in an appropriate and sympathetic manner, endeavouring to find a satisfactory solution.
* Ensure timely follow-through on all customer complaints, resolving at local level as necessary and escalating to supervising pharmacists when required.
* Answer telephone queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, management, reps, and Support Office.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous OTC experience in a community pharmacy with excellent product knowledge a distinct advantage.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside a variety of different personalities as part of one overall team.
* Good prioritising, multi-tasking, and organisational skills.
* Empathetic with the ability to deal with confidential information with discretion.
* A strong work ethic is essential.
