Location: Ennis Hours: 35 hours Mid-week and weekend work (must be available for shift work) Duration: Temporary month to month rolling contract. Pay scale: €17.04- €26.52 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience) Available for an immediate start
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing.
* Manage and maintain electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
* Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
* IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
