Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to management and employees, ensuring accurate records and compliance with relevant employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily HR administration
* Support Heads of Department with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
* Foster strong employee engagement through effective communication and HR initiatives
* Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures
* Coordinate statutory training, monitor attendance, and assist with weekly payroll submission
