The successful candidate will ensure that all works are delivered in full compliance with regulatory standards, client requirements, and internal procedures, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary package + company vehicle.Opportunities to work with a leading developer.Ongoing professional development and training support.Career progression within a growing, ambitious organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and sector-specific standards.Oversee quality planning for projects, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and QA/QC documentation.Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and statutory regulations.Lead the investigation of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies on quality matters.Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to project teams to embed a strong quality culture.Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, KPIs, and audit outcomes to senior management.Support handover and commissioning phases by ensuring all documentation, records, and certifications are complete and accurate.Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve client satisfaction.Key Skills RequiredDegree or diploma in Construction Management, Quality, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quality management role within developer or main contractor.In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in auditing, inspections, and stakeholder management.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail.
