Working closely with IT Leadership, Product Owners, Business SMEs, and Business Architects, this role combines strategic insight with hands-on execution.The RoleLead collaboration with Agile teams and Product Owners to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog integrity.Ensure all requirements (functional & non-functional) are documented, traceable, and aligned with the IT delivery roadmap.Validate KPIs and ensure measurable outcomes are embedded in development activities.Identify, document, and manage cross-team and external dependencies to support delivery plans.Use client personas and business insights to enhance user experience and inform prioritization decisions.Drive story decomposition, process mapping, and advanced requirement elicitation.Partner with UX and architecture teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable solutions.Maintain ALM tools and provide clear progress updates during stand-ups and stakeholder sessions.Mentor and coach Business Analysts, fostering growth and continuous improvement in analysis practices and tools.Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively apply insights to influence strategic solutions.What You OfferBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.6+ years in Agile environments with proven leadership in business analysis.Salesforce/MuleSoft experience a distinct advantageStrong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and process optimization.Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.IIBA or SAFe certification preferred.HybridWhat We OfferOur size and successful history in Carlow means we can offer you exceptional development and progression, supported by continual learning programs, IT Certifications & third level tuition reimbursement.
