Site Manager – Residential
We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established housing developer on a new apartment project in Clondalkin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential development, either in Ireland or the UK.
Role & Duties
* Manage all project activities, ensuring compliance with planning, and H&S standards.
* Oversee the project from tender to completion and handover.
* Collaborate with QS and teams to monitor and manage budgets.
* Prepare project plans including scheduling, program management, and risk assessment.
* Communicate key information to site teams and stakeholders.
* Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ Site Management experience with a contractor or developer.
* Experience with high-volume housing projects (40+ units preferred).
* Proven track record managing large-scale housing developments.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication in English.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland required.
Salary & Benefits
* €90k-€100k+ DOE
