Job Opportunity: Facilities Maintenance Assistant
About the Role:
* This position involves coordinating and completing general maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities across various sites in Dublin.
* The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks with a focus on health and safety while adhering to company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
* Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong general maintenance and DIY skills, including painting and general upkeep of facilities.
* Previous experience in general trades such as plumbing, laboring skills, basic building techniques, floor laying, and painting is desirable.
* An electrical qualification is an advantage but not essential.
* Awareness of health and safety procedures and a full driving license are mandatory.
