MaintenanceJob PurposeDeliver a high-quality maintenance service to production and the site wide facility. Lead a maintenance team of fitters & electricians in the day-to-day activities of a busy Engineering departmentReports ToMaintenance ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:Problem solving mechanical / electrical issues on the Manufacturing plantAccountable for Mechanical Maintenance downtime, root cause analysis and problem solving on plantResponsible for the maintenance of the parts system for new lines and maintenance of mechanical parts system for exiting lines and servicesManagement of PO system for the Maintenance department to include creation, approval and matching of PO's to delivery docketsProject Manage capital & continuous improvement projects for the company in partnership with the Maintenance Electrical coordinatorPrepare regular reports on contract progression completed during each monthManage suppliers and costs through regular meetings and providing updates to the Head of OperationsPlan and issue all preventive maintenance requests for the company and liaise with the Head of Operations on the resourcing of personnel for on – going preventive maintenance dutiesReview weekly preventive maintenance to ensure compliance to company planCollaborate with the Maintenance Electrical Coordinator and Operations team to review issues and create solutionsTake positive action to maintain compliance to the Food Quality and Safety system and to drive improvements in food safety cultureSkills / Qualifications / ExperienceMinimum 5 Years experience operating in a regulated industry/environment –qualified electrician / mechanical fitter.Excellent PC Skills & ability to develop and deliver presentations at both external and internal levelsDemonstrated previous project management skills are essentialPLC knowledge a major advantageAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesShould have good verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates a logical approach to problem solvingHas a 'can do' attitudeNote: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
