Revenue Growth Manager

Job Overview:

* To design and execute strategies that enhance room revenue, market share, and overall profitability.
* Analyse performance metrics, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify growth prospects.
* Manage pricing, distribution channels, and inventory levels to maximise yield and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To develop accurate forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Essential Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or Assistant Revenue Manager or Reservations Manager looking to progress into a senior role.
* Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
* Proficiency in revenue management systems, property management systems, and online travel agency extranets.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Results-driven, detail-focused, and strategically minded.
