Role Overview
As a strategic HR partner, you’ll support our Executive Leadership and Support Functions (Finance, HR, Operations, Growth, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Value) to deliver an exceptional employee experience, drive engagement, and enable business success. You’ll lead key HR initiatives, support organisational change, and champion our values and culture. This position reports directly into the Director of People Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
* Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
* Lead HR projects and change initiatives across the organisation.
* Analyse people data to inform decisions and improve performance.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
* Champion HR policies, continuous improvement, and innovation.
* Promote a culture of recognition, sustainability, and social responsibility.
* Coach leaders through change, organisational design, and ER matters.
* Contribute to leadership development and capability building.
* Support EDI strategy and employee engagement initiatives.
* Lead and develop direct reports within the People Partner team.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a strategic HR partner in a professional environment, dealing with senior stakeholders.
* Strong generalist HR knowledge across talent, reward, L&D, ER, and employment law.
* Commercially aware, data-driven, and digitally literate.
* Excellent stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
* CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
