About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to children in their own homes.
Responsibilities
* To provide individualized nursing care to children with complex needs/disabilities, including medication management, seizure management, nebulizer management, pain management, airway management, suctioning, stoma care management and skin integrity maintenance.
* To work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
* To maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including medical history, treatment plans and progress notes.
