This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful national projects using data and engineering skills to drive sustainable development. * Salary: €73,961 per annum * Hybrid working (Dublin, Sligo, Dundalk, or Cork base, with remote flexibility) * 27 days annual leave (excluding public holidays) * 35-hour working week promoting work-life balance * 18-month contract with a possibility of extension The successful candidate will lead data-driven projects to support Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPs) under the recast EPBD, manage research and analysis to improve the BER framework, and develop management dashboards using Power BI. They will also collaborate on the development of energy performance calculation methodologies, engage with BER assessors and operations staff, and represent the programme in industry forums. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience with data analytics, data governance, and reporting, strong knowledge of building performance regulations, and proficiency in Python or R for data processing.
