The RoleAs Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), with strategic responsibility for driving student enrolment growth at NAIS Dublin.You will lead the school's Marketing, Admissions and Communications (MAC) team and be the champion of our Family Experience Journey — ensuring every prospective and current family receives a world-class, personalised experience. You will oversee the full customer journey from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond, aligning messaging, communications, and service delivery with our values and brand.This is a highly visible leadership role combining strategic planning, creative marketing, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making.Follow the link for the Candidate information Pack What You'll DoDevelop and deliver a comprehensive, data-informed MAC strategy aligned with school growth targets.Lead, coach and manage a high-performing MAC team across admissions, marketing, communications, and digital channels.Oversee the Family Experience Journey and ensure excellence at every touchpoint — from first contact to enrolment and retention.Drive new student enquiries and improve conversion rates through innovative campaigns and personalised experiences.Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation and alignment with global NAE values.Maintain strong internal relationships with SLT, academic teams, and regional MAC colleagues.Build strategic external partnerships with relocation agents, embassies, feeder schools, employers and media.Monitor and report on key KPIs, ensuring effective use of CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics.Champion best practice in customer service, digital marketing, and stakeholder communication. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional people skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Essential:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.7+ years' experience in sales, admissions, marketing, or customer experience, ideally in premium services or education.Proven leadership and team management experience.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project delivery skills.Strong data literacy – able to analyse trends and optimise performance using CRM and KPIs.Digitally confident with knowledge of web, social media, digital advertising and marketing automation.Desirable:Experience working in international education or service industries targeting globally mobile families.Understanding of the local and international school market in Ireland.
