Employment Advisor Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
Job Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their needs, develop personalized progression plans, and deliver excellent customer service.
* Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and create tailored action plans.
* Design and deliver training workshops on CV writing, online job searching, and other essential skills.
* Build relationships with local employers to explore learning and work opportunities.
* Regularly review client progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of a Leaving Certificate standard or a third-level degree in a relevant field is required.
* At least one year of experience in recruitment, sales, training, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
* A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a "can do" approach to challenges are highly valued.
