Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity
This senior occupational therapist position involves working with children and young adults, aged 0-18 years old, who have intellectual, physical, sensory disabilities or autism.
Our goal is to provide assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative team environment. We aim to empower individuals, parents and caregivers by working within family and community contexts.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Supporting children and young adults with complex needs
2. Collaborating with families and other agencies in an interdisciplinary team setting
3. Developing and coordinating individualized service plans
4. Utilizing autism diagnostic assessments, such as the ADOS
The ideal candidate will possess statutory registration, experience in working with children and young adults, and a high standard of suitability and professional ability. Annual registration with relevant authorities is required. A driving license for Irish roads is also necessary.
Competitive salary scale: €63,912 - €75,254 per annum, pro-rata for part-time roles.
