Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial administration, support the accounts department, and assist with general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Reconciling bank statements
* Preparing VAT and payroll reports
* Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding account queries
* Prepare and maintain financial reports for management review
* Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
