**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist - Remote Work Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Production Services Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, triage, and incident management of our technical systems to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Guide all problems through the incident management process: problem intake, triage, investigation, internal business stakeholder communication, resolver escalation, resolution validation, and problem management.
* Perform daily technical operations, including software deployments, system alarm management, operational record keeping, and documentation maintenance.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization for continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements and General Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Technical Skills:
* Thorough knowledge of Slack, Zoom, and Google Suite.
* Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Atlassian Suite, including OpsGenie, is a plus.
* Familiarization with streaming technologies.
* Ability to generate technical operational documentation and standard operating procedures in support of incident management processes.
Work-Life Balance:
* The successful candidate will have a 4-day workweek, with permanent shifts.
* No requirement for regular office attendance, but occasional travel to Dublin may be required.
