As part of this team, you'll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.About the roleThe Regional Director of Security Operations (RDSO) leads and develops security operations across a large multinational datacenter client within the EMEA region. This senior leadership role oversees multi-disciplinary teams and ensures consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and high-performing security services. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, global partners, and internal leadership to strengthen operational excellence, enhance safety culture, and support long-term growth. The RDSO is instrumental in shaping regional strategy, driving operational improvements, and ensuring the security program consistently meets the highest standards.What you'll doLead regional security teams and ensure cohesive operations to deliver effective datacenter security services.Drive strategic priorities and streamline processes across the region.Act as a trusted advisor to the client on security matters.Oversee manned guarding operations and ensure compliance with:Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Contractual requirementsProduce high-quality performance reports and project updates.Guide regional initiatives and promote collaboration across global business groups.Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.Prepare executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.Support crisis and incident response when required.Ensure the region operates effectively in a 24/7 environment.Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.What you need to applyEducation:Bachelor's degree in business, management, security, or a related fieldOr equivalent experienceExperience:10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in;Physical securityContract securityLarge-scale operationsMinimum 3–5 years in a director-level positionSkills & Competencies:Excellent communication skillsAbility to engage confidently with senior executivesProven experience building strong partner relationshipsTravel & FlexibilityAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time for leadership meetings, program launches, and regional alignment.What you'll getWe believe great work deserves great rewards—and we're committed to staying competitive.
