We're looking for a professional, people-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team and help deliver the exceptional service Red Earth is known for.Role OverviewAs a Waiter/Waitress at Red Earth, you'll be the face of our restaurant — ensuring every guest feels valued, cared for, and leaves with a smile. You'll take orders efficiently, serve food and beverages with attention to detail, and work closely with the team to maintain a smooth, high-quality dining experience.Key Responsibilities Customer ServiceGreet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations confidently.Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar team.Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and timing meet Red Earth standards.Check in with customers during service to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns politely.RoleMaintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service areas, and workstations.Set up and clear down tables quickly and professionally between customers.Assist with daily opening and closing duties as directed by management.Support colleagues and communicate effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service.Uphold all hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards in line with Red Earth and HACCP policies.Teamwork & Brand ExperienceWork closely with the kitchen, barista, and management teams to deliver seamless service.Represent the Red Earth brand positively, maintaining professional appearance and conduct.Skills & QualitiesWarm, professional, and customer-focused personality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Team player with a genuine passion for hospitality and great food.Experience & RequirementsPrevious experience in a restaurant or café setting preferred, but full training will be provided.Must be available for weekend and evening shifts as required.Knowledge of food, wine, or coffee service is an advantage.Eligibility to work in Ireland.Job Type: Full-timePay: €13.50-€15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
