Are you a Receptionist/Administrator looking for a fresh start?
We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client's dynamic team.
This part-time opportunity includes General Administration duties and using Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a 3-month contract.
This position is part-time, mornings and on site.
About your new role
Working on the reception greeting visitors and informing the relevant people
Coordinating appointments and scheduling them
Preparation of reports
Keeping the database, and all other records up to date
General Administration Duties
Required Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidate must have at least 2years' office experience
Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent data entry skills
Good interpersonal skills
A 3-month contract, paid via Agency on a weekly Time Sheet basis.
