Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team responsible for daily payroll operations

* Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees

* Address escalations and resolve complex payroll issues within the team

* Maintain accurate documentation of payroll processes and procedures

* Support the implementation of process improvements and system updates
">
* Assist with audits and compliance activities related to payroll
">
* Analyze and report payroll metrics to the Payroll Manager
">

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in Payroll & Human Resources or operations
">
* 3+ years of experience working with multi-region Payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP)
">
* 2+ years of experience leading a payroll team
">
* Data skills and experience with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
">
* Experience in managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
">
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
">
* Awareness of HR best practices and regulatory constraints related to payroll
