Roles and Responsibilities Contract Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple service contracts, ensuring all SLAs and contractual obligations are met. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating closely with internal operations managers. Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking, and P&L management for the training academy. Team Leadership: Lead and support seconded staff across multiple contracts, overseeing scheduling and resource planning. Business Development: Identify and pursue new contract opportunities to drive operational improvements and growth. Job Requirements Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a fast-paced business environment. Industry Knowledge: A background in the motor industry is highly advantageous. Core Skills: Proven track record in key account management or project management with a standard-driven approach to processes.
