Culinary Expert
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team as a temporary Relief Chef. This role will be working with a Healthcare client in County Carlow, providing excellent food service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
This is a casual full-time opportunity with immediate start for the next 2 – 3 weeks. As a Relief Chef, you will benefit from excellent rates of pay, paid weekly, flexibility to choose your days and shifts, and the possibility of leading to a permanent full-time position.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare all food items according to order specifications within designated timeframes.
2. Analyze recipes for accurate portion sizes for meat fish poultry desserts cakes label food items meet HACCP procedures maintain kitchen cleanliness adhere stock control policies minimize waste implement efficient systems manage inventory storage tracking
