BID/Marketing Administrator - Mullingar

Responsibilities:
* Complete general administration tasks involved in the daily running of a busy office
* Assist with creating digital content and update social media platforms
* Create documentation for BID presentations and documents
* Maintain the BID library
* Manage subcontractor documentation, ensuring up-to-date insurance, H&S forms and compliance records.
* Point of contact for IT support
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years experience working in a similar role
* Excellent phone manner and organisational skills
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of tools
* Indesign experience would be an advantage
