Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a department
* Act as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management
* Support Store Management in achieving business objectives
* Maintain high standards of customer service from your team
* Deliver outstanding results in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
* Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
