We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our production floor team. With over 50 staff members and several team leaders, this is a challenging yet rewarding role that will keep you engaged.
* The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
To succeed in this position, you will need to:
1. Develop and execute daily production targets, working closely with team leads and members.
2. Schedule Daily PIT meetings to ensure production targets are met.
3. Create contingency plans when targets are not achieved.
4. Analyze and eliminate repeat issues to improve efficiency.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Production Manager, leading a team of 30+ employees.
* Experience in metal manufacturing is essential.
* Fabrication experience is desirable.
* An agricultural background is beneficial.
