Great news for users, terrible news for scammers We are expanding our product suite, allowing Marketplaces and e Commerce stores to accept payments securely via Trustap.
We are now looking to build on this success by appointing a passionate, ambitious Product Manager to lead these products.
The ideal candidate will have both e Commerce or Marketplace Product knowledge as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is based in Cork.
Responsibilities Product Growth & Conversion Roadmap Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our products, ensuring they remain highly competitive for global e Commerce platforms.
Checkout Optimization: Continuously iterate on the hosted checkout experience to improve user intent and payment completion through UI/UX refinements and experimentation.
Revenue Features: Develop and deploy flexible fee structures and localized payment method configurations to help partners maximize their transaction volume.
Scalable Onboarding Self-Service Experience: Design and build low-complexity onboarding flows that allow e Commerce clients to go live with minimal technical intervention.
Integration Automation: Identify and resolve friction points in the partner journey by automating manual setup tasks, such as credential management and plugin configurations.
Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to provide product expertise during the acquisition and launch of key e Commerce accounts.
Operational Efficiency & Communication Partner Empowerment: Lead the development of external-facing dashboards, creating self-service tools that allow clients to manage their own configurations and transaction visibility.
Lifecycle Messaging: Own the logic and content for automated user communications, ensuring clear, co-branded milestones that drive buyer and seller actions.
Support Reduction: Analyze common user pain points and ship product-led solutions—such as improved error handling and clearer order tracking—to reduce manual support inquiries.
Product Execution Technical Specification: Draft clear, unambiguous product requirements and user stories that bridge the gap between commercial needs and technical execution.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize product analytics and session monitoring to audit user behavior on plugin flows and prioritize the backlog based on commercial value.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure features are technically feasible, well-designed, and shipped within defined development cycles.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, Design or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the fintech industry and/or a startup company.
Strong technical understanding of B2 B software and Saa S platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of defining and executing on product strategy and roadmaps Experience working in agile development environments and using data-driven decision making Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
