We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to fill a maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our HR Information System, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of employee data.
The role involves producing HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements, as well as maintaining personnel files in line with GDPR regulations.
* Leading end-to-end employee relations case management, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases
* Covering statutory leave entitlements working time pension obligations supporting managers on goal setting feedback performance improvement development planning partnering with line managers day people-related activities from requisition onboard ensuring HR practices compliant Irish employment law company policies
