Behavioural Specialist Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs. As a Behavioural Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing advanced behaviour support and intervention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans based on assessments.
* Use evidence-based practices such as Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to manage behaviours of concern.
* Provide guidance and supervision to junior behaviour staff or therapists.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Masters degree or higher in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Behavioural Science, PBS, or an equivalent field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or mental health challenges.
* Proven track record in designing and implementing behaviour support plans.
