Responsibilities
* Working with Athlone Canal Heritage Committee and its sister project at No: 1 Gun Battery by assisting in the preservation and conservation works on Athlone Canal and the No 1 Gun Battery.
* Duties to include litter picking, strimming and weed control, planting flowers, pruning of shrubs and hedges, painting of bollards, maintenance of fences, and cleaning of wooden and concrete structures.
* Flexibility is required as interchange of roles with Athlone Canal Heritage Committee and No 1 Gun Battery is required.
